During your pregnancy I will give you tips and advice tailored to your situation to keep you in super shape physically and mentally. Should ailments and problems arise, I will look for the solution together with you. If necessary, I will contact your midwife.

Pink cloud or not?

Because sometimes being pregnant is not all fun! You can get all kinds of ailments like: pelvic instability, hard bellies, some blood loss, gestational diabetes, stretch marks, haemorrhoids, constipation, cystitis and nausea, among others.

Not only that, you can worry about nothing. Am I even capable of being a good mother? Will my partner still find me attractive now that I'm pregnant? Can I still exercise or have sex? Will the baby be okay?

It could also be that you experience a lot of stress from organising everything around childcare, your work, the baby's room, your other children or you feel unattractive with an expanding belly and thick ankles.

Sometimes you can cry over nothing and you don't know what to do with yourself, which can make you feel very insecure. Your midwife often only has 10 minutes for you during checks....

The bottom line is that you can't really enjoy your pregnancy at all!
