Childhood wish - fertility m/f
Getting pregnant in a healthy way
A child of your own together
You are super happy together and you want nothing more than to bring a baby into the world together. A little mini human with your genes!
Yet in my practice I notice that getting pregnant is not easy for everyone. Maybe you have been trying for a while and it doesn't work (yet)? Or you have had 1 or more miscarriages? You no longer know what you can do to fulfill your dream of becoming a mother.
During my childbirth consultation, I take a close look at all the factors that are important to be able to become pregnant as healthily as possible. Nutrition, exercise, reducing stress, adequate natural daylight, a good biorhythm, a good mindset, deep sleep are hugely important here.
Pre-conception phase
How healthy a person is is determined even before birth. So it is important to have already adapted your lifestyle 3-10 months before conception. This increases the chances of (successful) conception and lowers the risks during pregnancy.
All the healthy adjustments in this determine the quality of your sex cells and thus which genes you pass on to your child.... When you get married you also take plenty of time to prepare, why not with the most important thing in your life, making a baby?
Hormones in balance
To increase your chances of successful conception, it is important that your hormones, the messenger substances in the body are in balance. When this is not the case, it is much more difficult to get pregnant.
As mentioned, the pre-conception phase is extremely important. All conditions must be made as optimal as possible.
A few examples:
If you are overweight your hormone balance is out of balance, insulin resistance or hyperinsulinemia play an important role in relation to fertility, getting pregnant is then more challenging. Suppose you are underweight (e.g., anorexic) then this also has a lot of impact on your fertility.
For overweight men with insulin resistance, abdominal fat can cause the testicles to overheat resulting in reduced sperm quality. A phone in the pocket next to the testicles is also a no-go. I could go on and on with things that negatively affect fertility.
Stress is 1 of the biggest negative influences for both you and your partner when it comes to getting pregnant. In men it affects sperm production and its quality, in women oxidative stress affects egg development & maturation, ovulation and implantation in the uterus. Especially with chronic stress, the chances of pregnancy decrease even further.
My biggest advice for you: above all do lots of fun things, enjoy life, relax as much as possible, enjoy being outside in nature, cuddle a lot (bare on bare), because this makes serotonin production higher again and keep a good mindset.
You cannot make an appointment directly for the first Child Wish consultation, this is due to the length of the appointment. I am happy to schedule it with you. After payment, using the link below, I will contact you for the first appointment. Love, Renate

Would you like to talk further? During my childbirth consultation, we look specifically at you. I review and analyze your/your current diet, we take a close look at your life to explore stress factors, we look to see if there is any hormone imbalance and/or other adjustments needed to optimize your chances of a healthy pregnancy. There is also room for your emotion if you have already had a miscarriage.
I will also provide you with tailor-made supplementary advice for both of you. If you would like to research or test further, there are possibilities to do so by means of an EMB blood test or Lab saliva or blood tests. You are free to do so.
